4. Refund Method:
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.
If this is not possible, Splendor Travel will coordinate an alternative refund method with the customer.
5. Partial Refunds:
Partial refunds may apply if part of the booked services has already been used before cancellation.

Customers are encouraged to contact Splendor Travel directly before initiating payment disputes or chargebacks.
Unauthorized chargebacks may delay future bookings and refund processing.
